Equipment
Rotary vacuum and pressure filters
We help you choose the equipment for your flow and product, install it and leave it running.
Quick answer
How does a rotary vacuum filter work?
A drum coated with a cellulose and perlite precoat rotates partly submerged in the product. The internal vacuum pulls the liquid through the precoat and the solids stay on the surface. A knife shaves off a thin layer on each turn, allowing continuous filtration.
Equipment
- Rotary vacuum filters: continuous operation with precoat, ideal for high solids loads.
- Pressure filters: leaf and plate type, for syrups, beer, wines and oils.
- Cartridge and basket: final polishing and coarse solids retention.
- Tangential and angle filters: in-line protection and special applications.

Frequently asked questions
Which filter suits my process?
It depends on flow, solids load and product. A filtration trial lets us define the right equipment and filter media.
Do you service equipment I already have?
Yes. We provide support and troubleshooting for equipment of any brand.
Shall we test it with your product?
Tell us what you filter and we will propose grade, dosage and cost.
